Our suppliers
Although we operating solely on a bed & breakfast basis, we are happy to offer our guests without transport (who are passing through hiking or cycling) a simple evening meal by prior arrangement. Please do contact us if relevant and of interest to you, or if you would like any dining recommendations in the area. We can also assist with taxi reservations where required. Thank you.

Pork
The best pork sausages and bacon served with our breakfast come directly from the following family run farms on Exmoor:-
- Kendle Farm, Exton, run by Rob, Pauline, Tim and Nicky
- Little Oak Farm, Timberscombe, for rare breed middle white pork, run by Andy and Pam
Fresh free-range eggs
Our superb free-range eggs are delivered each week by Westcroft Eggs, a family run business based in Berrow, Somerset that was established over 30 years ago to specialise in egg packaging and distribution across the South West of England.
Home-grown
We grow some of our produce here in our garden including strawberries, raspberries, redcurrants, blackcurrants and a variety of herbs.
Village-grown
Some of our seasonal produce is also supplied by market gardeners in Wootton Courtenay.

- Porridge oats and muesli supplied by Dunster Watermill at the National Trust’s Dunster Castle
- Freshly roasted coffee from D.J. Miles’ Porlock roasting house, and teas and hot chocolate also from D.J. Miles, Porlock, Exmoor.
- Local Exmoor honey from various beekeepers in Wootton Courtenay and across Exmoor.
- Local Somerset ales supplied by Exmoor Ales of Wiveliscombe, Somerset.
- Somerset cider supplied by Thatchers Cider Company
- Wicked Wolf Exmoor Gin – a premium craft gin distilled and blended on the banks of the River Lyn by Pat Patel and Julie Heap.
