An extra 10% off our low season rates for Autumn breaks of two nights or more in 2025
Why not take advantage of our low season rates by taking a late autumn break, plus an extra 10% off if you book two nights or more, until we close for the winter in early December? With the extra discount our standard ensuite rooms start at £112.50 per night, our ground floor dog friendly super king suite is just £121.50 per night plus £6 per night for your canine pal, or perhaps treat yourselves to one of our four poster suites at £139.50 per night. All room rates include a delicious cooked breakfast each morning and are based on dual occupancy.
Exploring Exmoor in the autumn offers stunning scenery with rich, warm colours, a chance to see red deer stags during their rutting season, and the famous Exmoor ponies. Key activities include hiking or cycling through the colourful woodlands and valleys like the Lorna Doone Valley, taking scenic drives, and exploring landmarks like Dunkery Beacon straight out of our front door for breath-taking panoramic views. You can take a wildlife safari before relaxing in a traditional tea room or pub. We are fortunate to be equidistant from the medieval village of Dunster, Porlock and the seaside town of Minehead, where a wide choice of local dining options are all on offer within a fifteen minute drive.

It is also a great time to enjoy Exmoor’s reputation as an International Dark Sky Reserve with the annual Exmoor Dark Skies Festival that runs until 2 November.
We will be closing to guests no later than 5th December and until then, if you book direct with us, we are offering an extra 10% off our low season rates for a minimum stay of two consecutive nights (subject to availability).
Offer applies to new reservations only, booked with us directly, and excludes rooms 11 and 19.
