We offer intimate wedding breakfasts or receptions for a maximum of 16 staying and dining guests.

For ceremonies, there is a quaint church just a few minutes’ walk away and wedding photos can be taken in our gorgeous grounds.

Set in the chocolate box village of Wootton Courtenay, we’re a popular wedding venue for brides and grooms looking to host intimate wedding breakfasts or receptions with close family and friends.

Wedding parties are invited to take over the whole hotel and make it their own for the duration of their celebrations.

The wedding couple can book into our romantic Premier Four Poster suite, with a bay window while other guests can book into the rest of the hotel’s luxury rooms.

Our country house has eight beautiful bedrooms with bathrooms, all with modern décor and furnishings, which still retain the character of the property and its period features.

We’re happy to discuss menus and provide options ranging from canapes and a drink reception followed by a formal sit-down meal to a more informal buffet style. We’re also able to suggest local musicians to provide entertainment.

Then once the partying is over, newlyweds and honeymooners can cuddle up in front of our log burning stove, sleep in a four-poster bed, dine by candlelight, star gaze, walk hand-in-hand on a sandy beach and even take a trip on a steam train.
