We’re helping raise funds for invaluable conservation and access projects on the moor by hosting a special tasting dinner evening here on Thursday, April 4.
Our John will be cooking up a special menu for our diners to enjoy using locally sourced ingredients. Dishes include baked Capricorn goat’s cheese with herb crumb and balsamic infused strawberries and a clementine gel.
There will also be Porlock oysters with Wicked Wolf Gin on offer and a lime and elderflower bavarois with sesame tuille, toasted coconut and coconut ice-cream.
The evening will cost £45 per person and £5 from each sale will go to the CareMoor Charity.
CareMoor is a donation scheme operated and managed by Exmoor National Park Authority. The scheme provides an opportunity for those inspired by Exmoor to contribute to the upkeep of the National Park through donations.
